Normally within 2 - 7 business days, additional delivery time is needed if remote area.
For China order, customer need to provide Identify card copy for customs purpose. additional clearance time may needed.
For Taiwan order, customer need to provide Idenify card number for customs purpose. Please indicate the ID card number under "Remarks for Shop".

Delivery Service
Delivery will be made during office from Monday to Friday. No deliveries on weekends and Public Holidays.
Please ensure that someone is present at the scheduled delivery date and time, otherwise we will charge for the extra expenses incurred.
Order Cancellation
Once your payment is made, that means you order is confirmed. We will process it and at this point in time, regret that we will not be able to cancel it. However, if we are unable to fulfill your order due to factors beyond our control, you will receive an email informing you of the situation. Following this notification, you have up to three days to cancel the order.
